Getting Started with Flow

You might already know the basics of the menstrual cycle – its length, hormones involved, and its phases. What about the timing? We often tend to forget that the premenstrual phase is coming and get caught off guard by triggers. Or we ignore approaching energized and exciting ovulatory phase and, with no plans made, stay home, frustrated and upset.

To help you gain an understanding of the timing of emotional and behavioral shifts, and predict what’s coming and when, I’ve developed a series of theoretical and practical exercises. You will learn about triggers of each phase and how to avoid them; how to improve communication and relationships with others; how to increase your productivity and creativity, and deepen your connections – all in harmony with your flow.
