Hi, I’m Evgeniia, the founder of Eve’s Flow Project.
Womanhood has always felt like a tangled and often unfair journey to me. Everywhere I went, I saw how testosterone-driven society shapes women’s lives. How, by default, we’re expected to ignore our cyclical rhythm, and how unaware we are of the amount of shame and guilt we carry for the cycle’s emotional and physical fluctuations, changes, and swings.
By the age of 30, I suffered years-long burnout, caused by constant attempts to fit a cyclical me into a linear life and feeling bad that I couldn’t. Then, I discovered that only syncing, emotionally and physically, with my cycle was the answer to wommen’s well-being and feeling whole.
Eve’s Flow Project is a space where I share menstrual cyclical experiences and reflections, hoping they contribute to a better understanding of women’s cyclical nature and decrease stigma and shame around this subject.
